Add nights, days, early starts, rotating patterns and commute time. Save common shifts for faster planning.
Get a readable daily sequence for sleep, naps, caffeine cutoff, light, meals, exercise and transitions.
Move, complete or skip actions. The plan updates when the roster changes and explains why each suggestion appears.
Use the core planner alone, then choose optional reminders and connections only when they add value.
Plan core sleep, recovery sleep and top-up naps around work and commute time.
See a shift-aware cutoff and log what you drank without calorie or medical tracking.
Place brighter and dimmer-light windows in context with planned wake and sleep.
Choose whether to switch toward daytime or stay closer to nights between blocks.
Schedule nudges from the current plan instead of maintaining repeating alarms by hand.
Compare recent check-ins cautiously, with sample size and confidence kept visible.
NightShifter can help organize timing choices, but it cannot determine whether you are safe to drive or work. Persistent sleep difficulty, excessive sleepiness or safety concerns belong with a qualified healthcare professional and your workplace safety process.
