NightShifter provides general education and planning tools. It is not a medical device or healthcare service and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. It does not determine fitness for duty, fatigue risk clearance or driving safety. Do not delay professional care or disregard workplace rules because of the service.
Your decisions and safety
You remain responsible for how you use planning suggestions and for complying with employer, transport, clinical and public-safety requirements. Do not drive or perform safety-critical work when drowsy. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local service.
Accounts
Production features may require an account. Provide accurate information, protect credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Closed-test guest data may be tied only to that app installation and may not be recoverable after clearing storage or uninstalling.
Subscriptions
Optional Pro subscriptions are billed through Google Play or Apple. The store displays current price, period, trial and renewal terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the store account within the applicable deadline. Refunds and billing are subject to store terms and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, access another person's data, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer except where law permits, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, especially during closed testing. We aim for reliable planning but do not promise uninterrupted service, perfectly accurate source data or a particular outcome.
Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that law does not allow us to limit.
